Where we deliver

We deliver to supported locations shown during checkout. A delivery address must be complete and accurate, including the area, street and a reachable telephone number.

Shipping charges

Shipping charges vary by destination and delivery method. The exact charge is calculated from the delivery address and displayed at checkout before you confirm and pay for the order. No delivery charge is added after order confirmation unless you approve a requested change.

Processing and delivery times

Business days exclude Fridays, public holidays and any days on which courier services are unavailable.

  • Orders are normally prepared within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
  • Delivery within Kuwait is normally completed within 1–3 business days after dispatch.
  • The checkout page may show a more specific estimate for your selected address and delivery method.

Order tracking and delivery

Where tracking is available, details are provided through the application, by SMS, email or by the courier. The customer or an authorized recipient must be available at the delivery address. Additional delivery attempts or address changes may result in an additional charge.

Delays

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Weather, public holidays, unusually high order volumes, courier disruption, incorrect address details and events outside our reasonable control may cause delays. We will make reasonable efforts to notify affected customers.

Checking your delivery

Please check the package and products promptly after delivery. Report missing, damaged or incorrect items to customer support as soon as possible and include your order number and photographs where applicable.
