Return and Refund Policy

Return period

You may request a return within 14 days after receiving your order. Please contact us before sending or handing over an item for return.

Return eligibility

To qualify for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which it was delivered.

  • The item must be unused, unworn and undamaged.
  • Original packaging, seals, labels and accessories must be intact.
  • A receipt or other proof of purchase is required.

Items that cannot be returned

  • Opened or used personal-care, hygiene or beauty products where a return would create a health or hygiene risk.
  • Perishable products, customized products, gift cards and digital products.
  • Items marked as final sale, except where they are defective, damaged or incorrectly supplied.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, contact us promptly with your order number and clear photographs. Once verified, we will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund at no additional delivery cost.

Return shipping

For a change-of-mind return, the customer is responsible for return delivery costs. We cover reasonable return delivery costs when an item is confirmed to be damaged, defective or incorrectly supplied. Original delivery charges are not refundable unless the complete order was defective or incorrectly supplied.

Refunds

We will inspect returned items and notify you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. We normally initiate a refund within 7 business days after approval; your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time. Cash-on-delivery refunds may be completed by bank transfer or another method agreed with the customer.

Order cancellation

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order. An order can be cancelled before dispatch. Once dispatched, it must follow the return process described above.
